This is a highly configurable mod that adds cheese and other dairy products to minecraft. Most of the features can be disabled and have settings that can be modified in config file.
The following features can be disabled and/or modified.
More Milk! - Other animals can now be milked, including goats, sheep, donkeys, horses, llamas, camels, and perhaps even hoglins...
Passthrough Nutrients - What your animal eats can affect the taste, color, and quality of its milk and subsequent cheese!
Cheese Complexity - Cheeses that have more complex flavors and aromas have stronger effects on the player! Some cheeses are better than suspicous stew...
Cheese Manufacturing - All cheeses start off as a type of milk. The milk gets curdled, then the curds can be cut to different sizes, cooked, drained, and/or stretched. Afterwards they can be packed into a mold, compressed, then brined, waxed, and/or aged. Innoculation can also occur during some of those steps.
Cheese Danger - Improperly prepared cheese can be dangerous! Some fungi and bacteria can make you sick, aged cheeses with a high moisture content don't sit well with you either.

| Honey Vinegar | Water + Honey + Fermentation = Acid. Can be used to curdle milk |
| <?> Milk | Depending on the config file, many animals can now produce milk. It must be collected through the Milking Bucket. |
| <?> Curds | Produced by combining milk and a curding agent in a pot, and providing heat. |
| <Size> <?> Cut Curds | A sword can be used to cut the curds. More swipes = smaller curds. |
| Stretched <Size> <?> Curds | Stretching curds changes certain qualities about the cheese. It is the difference between Mozzarella and Oaxacan Melting cheese. Curds must be hot to stretch. |
| Cooked <Size> <?> Curds | A necessary process for firmer cheeses where the curds are left in the whey and cooked. This decreases their moisture content and increases shelf stability. |
| Cheddared <Size> <?> Curds | Cooked curds that have been treated with salt. |
| Packed <Cheddared> <Size> <?> Curds | Curds that have been processed and compressed into a cheese mold. |
| Rolled <Stretched> <Size> <?> Curds | Curds that have been rolled into a ball. |
| Whey | The liquid left over from when milk turns to curds. Can be used to make Ricotta or whey protein powder |
| Cheese Cast | Used for compressing curds into a solid shape. |
Cheese Artisan Villager - new villager varient that sells cheese fungi and bacteria.
